Work theory:through the cyclinder front and back moving drive the position do the reciprocating motion;makemoving make the hopper produce negative pressure ,when the cylinder do the front moving,pull the position forward extrusion the material Material through the unidirectional valve of connect inter the tube.At last through the filling head inter the pre-filling bottle.(when feeding the filling head closed,discharging opened) finish the first filling. 

Piston type filling machine for each filling is the machinery single action, so the same specification container have high filling accuracy and stability.

It uses air to control, well suit for explosion-proof condition with high safety.

No static、electrical phenomena, no need connect ground.

Because of pneumatic and hard orientation, the filling accuracy very high, can control within±0.1 %( according to the maximum filling volume)

In the hurry condition, only cut off the button, the position will return the original place, automatic stop filling.

Notice: filling the different material, if the material connects with the machine not the same, the sealing ring also. Should check before order.
