Application and performance:

    4、The dial is driven by cam, high speed and precision.
    5、Slanting suspension hopper, the feeding part is equipped with vacuum adsorption, guarantee the tube enters into the chassis accurately.
    6、The photoelectricity workstation use high precision probe and stepping motor to make tube’s drawn reach the correct position.
    7、Filling head is equipped with cutting part to make sure the filling quality.
    8、No tube, no fill.
    9、Sealing tail uses heating inside and cooling outside.
    10、Printer print the code on the required position automatically.
    11、There are right or round angle on tube tail for your choice.
    12、Alarming when it’s malfunction, without tube, the door opened or overloaded, at the same time, the machine doesn’t work.
    13、Count & ration to stop machine.
